Frequently Asked Questions: Google Indexing Service
Everything SEOs, link builders, and webmasters need to know about SpeedyIndex Google indexing tariffs (pay-per-result and Pay only for delivery to Google), service cost per link, payments and crypto top-up, the refund policy, the affiliate program, free diagnostic tools, Drip-Feed mode, and the API.
How the indexing service works
What is a link indexing service?
A link indexing service helps search engines discover and include your backlinks in their index. Until a backlink is indexed, it cannot pass authority or support rankings. SpeedyIndex accelerates that process by dispatching the real mobile Googlebot to each submitted URL. See the full flow on the How it works page.
What is SpeedyIndex and how does pay-per-result Google indexing work?
SpeedyIndex is a professional Google indexing service and automated link indexer. You upload a URL list (.txt file, up to 100,000 links per task) or paste links in the Web App. We dispatch the real mobile Googlebot to crawl each URL. After 7 days we run a full index check. On the Pay-per-result tariff, tokens are deducted only for URLs confirmed as indexed in Google. Every unindexed URL gets its tokens returned automatically to your balance — no support request needed. SpeedyIndex also offers a second Google tariff: Pay only for delivery to Google.
What is “Pay only for delivery to Google” (pay-per-submission)?
This is the second Google indexing tariff. You pay only for delivery of URLs to Google: 1 submitted link = 30 tokens. There is no indexing refund — no refunds; you pay only for the submission. A final report is issued on day 7. Daily limit: 35,000 links. The tariff is available from a $250 top-up (BUSINESS package and above). Choose it in the dashboard when you create a Google indexing task. USD prices per package are in the Service Cost per 1 Link table.
When do I get my first results and the final report?
Initial indexation results typically appear within 48–72 hours of task submission — you can monitor live progress in your dashboard. For both Google indexing tariffs the definitive final report is delivered on day 7. On Pay-per-result, the refund calculation for unindexed links is completed at the same time. On Pay only for delivery to Google there is no indexing refund — the day-7 report shows delivery and index status only.
What does “indexing” actually mean — what are you doing to my links?
Indexing means Google has added your URL to its search database, making it eligible to appear in search results. To trigger this, we send signals to the real Google infrastructure so that the mobile Googlebot crawls your URLs. Once Googlebot visits a page, Google’s own algorithm decides whether to include it in the index. Our service maximises the probability of this happening — and refunds you when it doesn’t.
Do I need Google Search Console or site ownership verification?
No. SpeedyIndex works completely independently of Google Search Console. You do not need to verify ownership of any website. This is the core advantage for indexing backlinks, guest posts, and links on third-party sites that you don’t own.
What happens during the Day 7 final audit report?
On day 7 our verification engine checks Google’s live index for every URL in your task. The report lists indexed vs. not indexed URLs. On Pay-per-result, unindexed links receive an automatic token refund. On Pay only for delivery to Google, the report is informational: there is no indexing refund. You can also verify status anytime with the free Google Index Checker.
Payments & balance top-up
What payment methods are accepted to top up my balance?
We accept one-time payments only — there is no recurring subscription or automatic billing:- Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC. Crypto top-ups include a +5% token bonus
- B2B invoicing: available for enterprise volume packages
I paid with cryptocurrency, but my balance has not updated. What should I do?
Cryptocurrency deposits typically credit in 5–10 minutes, depending on blockchain network load and required confirmations (for example TRC20 vs ERC20, or Bitcoin congestion).
If your balance is still not updated after that window, open a support ticket in our Telegram bot or from the user dashboard. Include your account email and the transaction hash (TXID) so we can verify the payment and credit tokens.
How does token deduction work during a task?
SpeedyIndex uses two Google indexing tariffs:- Pay-per-result: 1 indexed link = 100 tokens. Tokens are reserved when you create a task, then deducted only for URLs confirmed as indexed. Unindexed URLs are refunded automatically.
- Pay only for delivery to Google (pay-per-submission): 1 submitted link = 30 tokens. No refunds — you pay only for the submission. Daily limit: 35,000 links. Available from a $250 top-up.
Where can I compare the USD cost of each service per link?
See the Service Cost per 1 Link table on this page. It lists the USD price of every service for each token package (Start $5 / 5,000 tokens through Enterprise $500 / 1,500,000 tokens). Google Pay-per-result is 100 tokens per indexed link; Pay only for delivery to Google is 30 tokens per submitted link (from a $250 top-up). Index checks, backlink checks, domain quality checks, and Yandex indexing are also listed.
Do purchased tokens ever expire?
No. Tokens never expire. There is no monthly reset, no maintenance fee, and no subscription clock. Use your balance whenever you run indexing campaigns.
Refund policy & guarantees
What is the official SpeedyIndex Refund Policy?
The full terms are published on the SpeedyIndex Refund Policy page. Under the Pay-per-result model, tokens for every URL that is not confirmed as indexed by Google on day 7 are returned automatically to your SpeedyIndex balance. You do not need to file a claim. The Pay only for delivery to Google tariff has no indexing refund — you pay only for the submission.
What exactly is the 100% token refund guarantee?
On Pay-per-result, for every URL in your task that is not confirmed as indexed by Google on day 7, the full token cost for that URL is returned automatically to your SpeedyIndex balance. You don’t need to contact support — the refund is processed as part of the final report generation. This guarantee does not apply to Pay only for delivery to Google. See also the Refund Policy.
Do I need to submit a ticket to claim a refund for unindexed links?
No ticket is needed for unindexed URLs. Refunds are processed automatically when the day-7 report is generated. Open a ticket in the Telegram bot or dashboard only for payment issues (for example a crypto top-up that did not credit after 5–10 minutes).
In what situations are tokens NOT refunded?
On Pay-per-result, tokens are refunded when Google’s crawler confirmed the crawl but Google chose not to index the URL. Tokens are not refunded if the URL was inaccessible (404, 403, redirect loop, robots.txt block, noindex tag) — because in those cases Google cannot index the page regardless of our service.
On Pay only for delivery to Google, tokens are never refunded for non-indexing: you pay only for the submission.
Before a large task, check URLs with the 404 Status Validator, Noindex Tag Checker, and Redirect Error Audit Tool.
Can you guarantee a 100% indexation rate?
No, and any service claiming 100% indexation is misleading you. Final indexing decisions belong entirely to Google and depend on the quality, uniqueness, and authority of the page. What we do guarantee on Pay-per-result: the real mobile Googlebot will visit every submitted URL, and you will pay zero tokens for any URL that doesn’t get indexed. On Pay only for delivery to Google you pay for the submission regardless of the index result. Details: Refund Policy.
Can I get a fiat or crypto refund for unused token packages?
If you purchased a token package by mistake and have not consumed any tokens, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method, in accordance with the Refund Policy. Unindexed-link refunds are always token credits to your SpeedyIndex balance, processed automatically on day 7.
How is SpeedyIndex different from paying per submission?
SpeedyIndex offers both Google indexing models. Choose the tariff in the dashboard when you create a task:- Pay-per-result: you pay only for URLs that Google actually indexes (1 indexed link = 100 tokens). Unindexed URLs are refunded. Final report on day 7. Up to 100,000 URLs per file.
- Pay only for delivery to Google (pay-per-submission): you pay for every submitted URL (1 submitted link = 30 tokens), with no indexing refund. Final report on day 7. Daily limit: 35,000 links. Available from a $250 top-up.
Affiliate program
How does the SpeedyIndex Affiliate Program work?
The SpeedyIndex Affiliate Program pays a 15% lifetime commission on token purchases made by users you refer. It is designed for SEO agencies, tool reviewers, and publishers who send clients to the indexing service.
What are the payout thresholds and withdrawal methods?
The minimum payout is $20. Affiliates can withdraw via cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC), PayPal, or card transfer. You can also convert earnings into SpeedyIndex token balance. Full terms: Affiliate Program.
Where do I find my referral link and tracking stats?
Your unique referral link and click/registration/revenue stats are in the Web Dashboard under the Affiliate / Referral section. Register on the Affiliate Program page if you have not joined yet.
Free SEO tools
What free SEO tools does SpeedyIndex provide?
Use these free tools to audit URLs before you spend tokens on indexing:- XML Sitemap URL Extractor — extract URL lists from sitemap.xml
- Redirect Error Audit Tool — find redirect chains and 301/302 destination errors
- 404 Status Validator — detect broken 404/410 pages
- Server 5xx Error Monitor — diagnose server-side indexing blockers
- Noindex Tag Checker — find meta robots noindex and X-Robots-Tag headers
- Backlink Checker — verify live backlinks with JS rendering
- Google Index Checker, Bing Index Checker, Yandex Index Checker
- SpeedyIndex Chrome Extension
How do I extract all URLs from an XML sitemap for bulk indexing?
Open the free XML Sitemap URL Extractor, paste a sitemap URL (for example https://example.com/sitemap.xml), and download a clean URL list. Then upload the .txt file to the indexing task form — optionally with Drip-Feed enabled.
How do I check links before submitting so I do not waste tokens?
Run a short pre-flight check:- Strip dead URLs with the 404 Status Validator and 5xx Error Monitor.
- Catch redirect loops with the Redirect Error Audit Tool.
- Remove pages with
noindexvia the Noindex Tag Checker. - See which URLs are already indexed with the Google Index Checker so you only submit the rest.
Can I also check whether my links are indexed (not just submit them)?
Yes. The bulk Google Index Checker verifies current index status at scale. Many professionals audit first, then send only unindexed URLs to the indexing service. Equivalent checkers exist for Bing and Yandex.
What links and pages can be indexed
What types of URLs can I submit for indexing?
Any publicly accessible URL that returns a 200 OK status: backlinks (guest posts, press releases, directory listings), tier-2 and tier-3 links, citations, social profiles, parasite pages, product pages, blog posts, news articles, landing pages, and other page types. If Google’s crawler can fetch it, we can submit it.
Can I index pages on websites I don’t own?
Yes — this is one of the primary use cases. Google Search Console only works for verified properties. With SpeedyIndex you can index backlinks on any third-party domain without ownership verification.
What CMS platforms and site types are supported?
All of them. SpeedyIndex works at the URL level, independent of the CMS: WordPress, 1C-Bitrix, Joomla, Tilda, Drupal, Magento, Shopify, Blogger, Wix, custom-built sites, and any other platform that generates publicly accessible URLs.
Why do Tier-2 links fail to index, and how do I fix them?
Tier-2 failures usually come from the discovery chain, not the Tier-2 URL itself: redirect hops, inherited noindex, soft 404 templates, or a deindexed parent. Follow the diagnostic workflow in Tier-2 Link Indexing Errors and the 10-step checklist on SlideShare. Then clean URLs with the Redirect Error Audit Tool and Noindex Tag Checker before resubmitting.
Do nofollow, sponsored, or UGC tags prevent indexing?
No. Attributes such as rel="nofollow", rel="sponsored", and rel="ugc" affect how PageRank is passed, not whether Googlebot can crawl and index the page.
Safety, method & compliance
Is this indexing method safe for my website?
Yes. We use only the real mobile Googlebot to crawl URLs — the same bot Google uses for its own indexing. We do not use link wheels, PBN networks, GSA, Xrumer, fake traffic, or other blackhat manipulation. The approach is aligned with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines.
How is this different from the Google Indexing API?
The Google Indexing API officially supports only specific content types (primarily job postings and live-stream pages) and requires site ownership verification and a service account. SpeedyIndex works for any URL on any site without API credentials, GSC access, or technical setup, and scales to 100,000 URLs per task.
Will using this service cause a Google penalty?
No. Directing Googlebot to crawl your pages is not a guideline violation — it is standard SEO practice. Google itself encourages URL submission via GSC and sitemaps. SpeedyIndex automates crawl requests at scale using white-hat methods. There is no ranking manipulation or link scheme involved.
Drip-Feed mode
What is Drip-Feed Mode and when should I use it?
Drip-Feed Mode distributes your indexing submissions evenly over multiple days instead of sending all links at once. This simulates natural backlink discovery. Use it when indexing links to a new or low-authority domain, running large campaigns, or after a site migration. Read the overview on the homepage Drip-Feed section and enable it in the Drip-Feed dashboard.
What daily limits does SpeedyIndex recommend for Drip-Feed?
Recommended guidelines based on site authority:
• High-authority sites (aged, strong trust signals): 50–150 URLs/day
• Medium-authority sites (established, stable traffic): 20–50 URLs/day
• New sites (under 6 months): 5–15 URLs/day — start at the minimum
When in doubt, slower is safer.
Is Drip-Feed available for all indexing plans?
Drip-Feed Mode is available exclusively for the Pay-per-Result (Google Indexing) plan. It is not available on Pay only for delivery to Google. Enable it when creating a pay-per-result task — toggle “Drip Feed” and set the number of days. Start here: Google Drip Feed.
How does the 7-day refund timeline work in Drip-Feed mode?
In Drip-Feed mode the 7-day evaluation window is tied to when each daily batch is dispatched. The consolidated audit and auto-refund complete 7 days after the last drip batch has been processed. Token refunds still follow the Refund Policy.
Technical details, API & limits
How many URLs can I submit in one task?
On Pay-per-result, each .txt file can contain up to 100,000 URLs (one per line). On Pay only for delivery to Google, the daily limit is 35,000 links. There is no limit on the number of simultaneous tasks. For very large campaigns, split the list into multiple files and run them concurrently or sequentially.
How does token pricing work exactly?
Pay-per-result: 1 indexed link = 100 tokens. Tokens are deducted only for confirmed indexed URLs; unindexed URLs are refunded automatically.
Pay only for delivery to Google: 1 submitted link = 30 tokens. No indexing refund. Daily limit 35,000 links. From a $250 top-up.
Tokens are pre-purchased in packages (Start $5 / 5,000 tokens through Enterprise $500 / 1,500,000 tokens). Full USD table: Service Cost per 1 Link. Homepage pricing.
Is there an API for automated indexing workflows?
Yes. SpeedyIndex provides a REST API (v2) for index checking and indexing submission. It is built for SEO agencies, SaaS tools, and large-scale pipelines. View the full API documentation →
Why does Search Console report “Crawled – currently not indexed”?
That status means Googlebot visited the URL but Google chose not to index it — often because of thin content, duplicate templates, or redirect chains. Flatten redirects with the Redirect Error Audit Tool, confirm the page is indexable with the Noindex Tag Checker, then resubmit. Tokens for URLs that remain unindexed are refunded automatically.
What is a “soft 404” on a backlink page?
A soft 404 is a URL that returns HTTP 200 OK but shows an empty template, “post deleted”, or no real content. Google treats these as dead pages. Detect broken and empty destinations with the 404 Status Validator before indexing.
